For at least a year before I was ready to look for a home, I had watched Tamar market herself as a real estate agent through social media and word-of-mouth. She did so in the most innovative ways. She had obviously brought her own character strengths and pre-existing work ethic into her new career. So when it came time to find a new home for myself and my young children, I didn’t have to look far.
Purchasing a home was a milestone event for me for many reasons and Tamar never disappointed me, even in one of the toughest buyers markets in this city’s history.
Her unrelenting efforts, continued confidence and unwavering professionalism ultimately paid off. Tamar was sensitive to my requirements and, within the first few showings (and there were many!), Tamar instinctively knew which homes to show me. More important, she knew which homes not to show me.
In the end, I bought the right home in the right neighbourhood for the right price. I think there is a science to finding the right balance in your approach to real estate sales and client relations. Tamar seems to have nailed it!
