This was my first home sale, so I needed someone with a lot of confidence and wisdom to get me through the process. I interviewed one other prominent agent my neighborhood. The contrast is immediate and striking – Josie and Valérie prepare an amazing pitch where they bring in all of the relevant comparables and discuss their recent sales to give you a sense of how they work, what variables come into play during even the most seemingly-straightforward house sales, and how they strategize. In just over an hour, I was impressed with their candor, their attitude, their strategic thinking, and their overall approach to real estate.

They are clear, they do not hold back, and they are exactly the types of agents I needed to guide me through the process. They are also incredibly good listeners and will take the time to take in what you say, explain what they think, and let you make a decision after considering all factors at play. I had full confidence handing over the keys (literally) to Josie. From the pricing to the marketing materials, the social media engagement to the showing process, I found it all much less stressful than I expected. I knew exactly how to get my house ready, and it paid off with all of the interest we had in the few days it was on the market.
But I must say that the most, absolutely mind-blowingly impressive moments in the whole experience was during the offer process – I was in awe with the way Josie handled all of the interest, but moreover, the way Josie bargained on my behalf.
She made the offer process as painless as possible for all parties involved. When your heart is racing, she remains cool as a cucumber and rolls right through the options to get you the best outcome possible. There are lots and lots of agents out there – it would be a mistake to go with anyone besides Josie and Valérie if you are in the St. Clair West area.
