Our Listings Don’t Sit…They Sell!

 

You have to be living under a rock not to know that the real estate market has changed. Every waking moment we’re bombarded with news of an impending crash. Overnight it changed from a frenetic seller’s market to a spotty one where some properties are selling and others are not. Many are not getting multiple offers and many are not meeting the seller’s expectation of price. And buyers, well that’s another story.

We were interviewed by the Globe and Mail and, next week, you’ll hear what we see happening with buyers and sellers today and our prediction for where prices are headed in the central core.

In the meantime, “Our listings don’t sit…they sell” social media campaign has been initiated to show that the real estate market in Toronto HAS NOT crashed. We have sold EVERY listing since the slowdown started, the middle of March, and all above the list price. And we list a lot of properties.

But, IT IS a changing and erratic market so it’s especially critical that your agent has the skill to get you the highest price possible in this market and to find buyers the good deals too. We believe we do.
