Tamar was incredible to sell our home with – friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to walk us through the process, what to expect, what things we might be able to realistically do to increase the value and how much we might get for our nest egg… simply put – she nailed it! The virtual open house was a great way to show off the house during lockdown, and her warmth and charm only helped to make the place more desirable.
Once we sold, we turned our attention to buying a new house. We told Tamar what our desired area was and what we wanted in a house. She sent us many listings to consider, and was willing to show as many as we wanted… some a second time. Over the number of weeks we were looking, we never had to chase her — she was on top of messages, phone calls, and it was her who checked in with us if we could make time to see properties of interest, even if we didn’t think it was “the one.” This helped us to be more informed and prepared so that when we did fall in love with a place, we were ready to move on it.
In each place we visited she pointed out features and shortcomings, trying to give us the whole picture of what to expect and consider. Her impeccable communication both with us and the listing agents of the homes we were interested in helped us to get a sense of how much competition we might have in making an offer, and what it might ultimately cost. Even though we were looking for 7 weeks, we never felt pressured to purchase or made to feel that we were becoming a drag. In the end we sold a home and bought a fabulous new home that ticked all the boxes. We can’t recommend Tamar enough for all your real estate needs!
